DSI customers have the ability to change their email settings through an online interface. To make setting changes, log in at http://www.webdsi.net/webmail.asp in the second box on the page, as shown below: ![]() After logging in, users are presented with a tabbed interface containing the settings for their account, organized into General, Auto Reply, Business, and Home. On the General tab (shown below), you can change your password and display name, and set email forwarding. The Display field indicates what will be in the "from" section of any emails you send out. To change the email password, enter the old and new passwords in the specified fields. To have your email forwarded to another email address, enter the forwarding address where indicated. If you do not wish copies of the forwarded emails to be retained on the server, check the box labeled Do not deliver to this mailbox. After making any changes, click on Apply. ![]() Shown below, the Auto Reply tab will allow you to set up automatic replies to any emails you receive. For example, a user might want to use this feature if they are going on vacation. Check the box labeled Enable auto reply to activate this feature. Checking the box labeled Reply once will ensure that only one reply will be sent to each unique address. You can also specify addresses in the No reply to field to which no auto replies will be sent. You can specify an alternative email address in the Reply From field. Enter your auto reply message in the Message field. As before, click on Apply after any changes are made.
The remaining two tabs, Business and Home can be used to store personal information, but do not directly affect your email account. After all changes have been made, click on Log Off at the top of the console. |
