Forté Free Agent is a popular newsreader which can be downloaded from here. After installing the program and starting it for the first time, users will be presented with the following screen. Fill out the requested information as shown below. If you are already running one of the indicated programs, you may simply click on the Use Information From Another Program button.
If the Free Agent was already installed, or needs reconfiguration, open the program and click on Options at the top and then select General Preferences from the menu. On the User tab, fill in the information as shown below:
Next, on the System tab, enter the server information:
Click Okay to finish. Information on the other tabs is optional.
