Open Netscape and click on Edit at the top. Choose Preferences from the menu. On the Preferences screen, expand the list below Mail and Newsgroups by clicking on the plus sign beside it. Click on Newsgroup Servers and you will be presented with the screen below.

Click on Add and enter the server name as shown below:

Click on OK. If the new server is not listed as the default server, highlight it and click on Set as Default. Click on OK to complete the configuration.
