Outlook XP Email Configuration

With Outlook XP opened, click on the tools menu. Then, select the Email Accounts option. The next screen you should see will be the Email Accounts window.

Here you can select to either add a new account or change the settings of an existing account. To set up your email account, select add a new email acccount. Click next, and you will be at the email settings window.

Here you will enter your name, email address, server information as well as your login username and password. Your username is the first part of your email address, before the @ symbol. You may also test your account settings by simply clicking on test account settings. You may or may not remember password, but disregard the log on using secure password authetication check box.

Click finish and you're all set.
